VRF Vegan Thanksgiving

My dear friend Adam had a wonderful idea!

There are so many of us within driving distance (Chicago, NY, Toronto) of each other. We should all get together and have a VRF Vegan Thanksgiving. We could all bring a vegan dish or two and we could just have one big huge kick butt vegan buffet.

Wouldn't it be cool to have a weekend with like-minded people where you don't have to explain your food and you don't have to sit at a table with a dead bird?

I don�t know where we�d have this at or anything like that, but I thought I�d throw it out there for discussion because I thought it was just a great idea. It would be nice if there were someone out there who could make this happen.

*Yeah, I know Canada does not celebrate the U$ Thanksgiving but it�s still a good excuse for us to have a huge vegan VRF potluck dinner.
