I can't get enough of that Tofutti cream cheese - and it's quite pricey too. The really weird thing is that when I was omni and then veggie I hated real cream cheese! Yesterday I ate: Breakfast: Tofutti cream cheese (garlic and herb) on toasted homemade bread Lunch: Tofutti cream cheese (garlic and herb) on freshly made homemade bread - I know I have a problem, do they have rehab for tofutti cream cheese? Supper: Leftover curried beans (oh so good ) on baked potato with Reds gucamole and salad Tons of water and some wine

I woke up this morning and mixed up some pancake batter, then realized that I had no syrup, so I had...
Breakfast (~12:10pm): a banana to keep from passing out ... then went to the store and got some fake syrup and onion bagels, then home to have... Second Breakfast (~12:45pm): pancakes ... after which I must have had ... A Snack (~1:00?pm): a few pistachios and a piece of dark chocolate ... and I forget what I did for a while, but I felt a bit peckish and had... Another Snack (~2:40pm): a few more pistachios ... then thought that these pistachios aren't as wonderful as they could be. Well, I took a nap and woke up an hour later with the urge to have... Lunch? (~4:20pm): an onion bagel, as mentioned earlier ... then, after some time, sat down for... Dinner (7:30pm): Lots of salad (lettuce, tomato, green bell pepper, green onion, spicy thai peanut sauce) and some crazy Indian curry/lentil/carrot/red bell pepper/raisin dish ... later, I decided to watch a movie and have... Yet Another Snack (~10:00pm): a bowl of chocolate/peanut butter soy cream ... which satiated my hunger while I totally lost track of time and figured that I was hungry enough to have... Yes, one more Snack (~2:00am): Of a bowl of frosted flakes with vanilla soy milk ... which concludes the eating of my day, following my absurd sleep schedule. I should really go to sleep before I regret it any more than I already will. Observation: I seem to eat minor meals every three and a half hours. |

Be careful, it's very addictive! Like I said I never liked cream cheese, and I was very suspicious when red brought a tub home - now I'm hooked and it's about £2.50 for a small tub (purple dreams of huge vats of toffuti....)

Today
Breakfast: "Everything" bagel plain and Odwalla Strawberry Banana smoothie Lunch: Food with co-workers at our tired Thai restaurant: Sweet Basil Noodle w/tofu - (no fish sauce- I hope! I always feel like I'm playing Russian Roulette at Thai restaurants.) Dinner: Veggie turnovers with cheddar "cheese" (from recipe), probably stuffed with onion, spinach and broccoli - although I still have time to change my mind about the exact veggies
