The pad thai was good there's no way I can fit a snack in, though. But that is okay. I shall have pie tomorrow.

Today was a bunch of little tiny meals. I'm not even going to try to sort them into "breakfast lunch and dinner".
1. Banana. 2. Some leftover curried vegetables over couscous 3. A peanut butter and raspberry jam sandwhich on whole wheat bread. 4. A plate of stir-fried vegetables (Baby corn, water chestnuts, red pepper, broccoli, green beans, carrots, mushrooms, spring onions, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, hoisin sauce, vegetable broth, sesame oil, olive oil, and cornstarch to thicken) 5. A plate of whole wheat spaghetti with a nutritional yeast sauce. And a plum for dessert. K I think I'm done for today If I do get the urge to eat more, I might make some whole wheat toast. |

Breakfast: A stack of pancakes with maple syrup
Lunch: Spaghetti with tomato sauce & mushrooms, and a couple slices of Italian bread Snack: Fruit cocktail Dinner: A veggie burger on a white bun with relish, mustard, and ketchup Snack: Soy ice cream with chocolate syrup. ..... Nutritionally speaking, today sucked. Yet, looking over at my meals today, I can't help but get the eerie feeling that what I did today was create a vegan version of the Standard American Diet. That can't be too healthy at all. Oh well. I'll do better tomorrow. |

Today's grazing:
- A peanut butter sandwhich - A veggie sub on whole wheat bread, with lettuce, tomato, onion, pickle, green olives, mushrooms, and oil - A date square - A bowl of mashed turnip - A hummus sandwhich - A little piece of dark chocolate. - Two stalks of celery - A tangerine - A few spoonfuls of soy ice cream, drizzled with maple syrup - Another peanut butter sandwhich, on cracked wheat bread - Handful of peanuts, a few crackers Yarg, I'm beginning to see how easy it is to OD on sweets. I grab just a little bit here and there, and throughout the day it adds up... |

dunno what's wrong with me !
I had a bagel with PB and jelly for breakfast, with soy molk & coffee. Went out to ride, came back and had 2 (yes, TWO!) bananas and like a gallon of water.
Now it's 9:35 and I am STARVING! I am craving nice soft just-baked bread, with something like olive oil salt and avocado. It even sounds disgousting when I read what I just wrote! And no, I am not pregnant... |
