My wrist hurts like hell.
Pity me.

I commiserate (although despite my studying my wrist doesn't hurt that badly right now, woo!).
I also offer up ART if it's carpal tunnel that pains you - it's the cheesiest looking therapy ever, but the most effective that I've found (at least post-surgery.. don't know if I could have avoided surgery if I'd found it sooner or not). ::sends healing vibes to grog's wrist:: |

Its sprained from repetetive stress. Too much work lately. I'm in charge of a project, which means I do all the work and write all the specs apparently

Nope. No pity here. Sorry. (But that's just because I don't like being pitied, myself.)
I do hope your wrist feels better. Warm compress? Cold compress? Spa therapy? Brewskie therapy? Sounds to me like this isn't the first time. If it makes you feel better, I get shooting pains through one arm when I play piano, especially certain songs. The only thing that makes the pain go away is not playing.

I was supposed to spend the next week camping, but my trip has been cancelled! Boooooo!!!
Now instead of loafing about, I have to get a haircut and get a real job. |
